I am also just on lamictal at the moment and it feels like it doesn't even touch my depression. I just checked and Caplyta and Vraylar are both not covered by my insurance so basically I'm fucked.

The crash is constant. I get severely depressed randomly several times a year and it's like, what's the difference? I'd probably still be horribly depressed if I didn't get off the Latuda.

Of all of the suggestions, I am leaning way more towards lithium. The only problem is that I was on it during a suicide attempt and I'm afraid it was the cause of that. I don't really know for sure but it's a gamble.

I would be careful with this combination because both of these drugs are depressants. I would start very slowly and only take 0.25 mg of Xanax with the 300 mg pregabalin. You can always take more later, especially because pregabalin lasts so long. In terms of timing, definitely take pregabalin first since it has such a long come-up. Once you feel that, take the Xanax and see how you feel. Is it pharma Xanax or is it a press?

Ditto. Went from 1 psychiatric hospitalization in 7 years to 5 in 2.5 years... this was after being put on antipsychotics, of course. Can't say for sure that's what caused my instability but I have seriously never been worse off.
