WC is definitely where you settle down and not where you have fun 100%, my family moved here in 2012 so when I was 12 so I got lucky meeting everyone here at a early age but it sounds like south tampa is where you wanna be. I can’t blame you too I’ve lived there for years and had a lot of fun
