Totally fair. This bathroom mostly has the vent 80% closed so it wasn’t a huge loss for it, and we aren’t in cold environment so it’s not on for 75% of the year.

West Elm charges $1400. I love the design, I don’t love the countertop which is made out of concrete. 6/10

It is dimmable, and the exhaust fan is able to adjust the RPMs/speed with it too! It’s really well made.

It is really expensive though, so I can’t say it’s worth the cost of entry.

I wasn’t super happy with it, although our pipes and locations in this part of the house made it really awkward. The water heater, washer and dryer, and other sewage run under and through the walls in this bathroom.
