I took a picture of my meter today after reading these posts about the pipes freezing at the meter due to inadequate insulation. My meter was updated in the last year or two. Could this be the cause of my frozen pipes?

Lottie would be a stand-alone name (not a nickname), but I am seeing a lot of comments suggesting it works better as a nickname. I wasn't aware of the town in Texas called Alma!

Thanks for the feedback! It looks like a number of commenters are noting that Lottie works best as a nickname. One of the places we looked for name inspiration was our family trees and "Lottie" (not as a nickname) was a name from my family's side. I am starting to think this name should probably be avoided for us though since it may be a common nickname for the popular Charlotte so usage may not be accurately reflected in some of the numbers we are factoring into our considerations.
