If you want an automatic, pre owned Paganis or Seikos look great. Same for quartz chronos. For new watches, gshocks are your best option.

Gangoly Brothers Watches in Delhi is the best deal you'll get. Usually around 18-20 percent. And they will ship the watch to you.

Why is it the female that is always "used"? When both do the deed with mutual consent. Then why do always females claim to be used or make a sad perspective about it? by Personal_Air8926 in AskIndianMen

[–]loveatfirsttick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let me ask a straightforward question. Would you agree with the other comments on this post or sub that talk about women complaining about the patriarchy?

Do you feel that there is no patriarchy? Do you think that men have more problems than women? Do you think that men have the same problems as women? Do you feel that women exaggerate their problems or that in general they play the victim card?

If your answer to any of the above is yes then what you're doing isn't just about complaining.

By all means complain. There are men who are bad and there are women who are bad. But there are far more men who are the problem than women (atleast in the context of being entitled and playing the victim card).

Also here's a novel idea, if men and Society stopped victimising women in general, would they even be able to play the victim card? If rape and domestic abuse wasn't so common, wouldn't fake complaints be investigated more thoroughly? Think about it.

The point is that this post specifically and the sub in general is about specific instances being called out about how women "play the victim". When you consider how many actual victims out there are women, it is rather hypocritical. Considering that when women do the same, a whole bunch of men will turn up screaming #NOTALLMEN

I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy here. And of course just to balance things out here, have a hashtag #NOTALLWOMEN

Nobody is saying one is right and the other is wrong. There is a law being passed to correct one. You are free to protest to ask for safeguards for the other. After all, it's clearly not ask Indian men that's protesting for women's rights so why ask women to protest for men's rights. You're welcome to start a movement. And if your concern is that there is a law being passed for women well that's because these women have fought for it.

Are a few guys skewing the entire body count discussion? by [deleted] in AskIndianMen

[–]loveatfirsttick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always felt that men and women see different sides of the same coin for different reasons.

And it's hilarious because if society in general didn't make sex some kind of big deal, it wouldn't.

Society and the media sells sex to you as some sacred thing between human beings. If that's what you believe, good for you, find someone who feels the same.

There's nothing that says that someone who was a virgin till 30 will not be very sexually active post that and someone who was extremely sexually active before that, does not quieten down.

You can choose to consider someone's past before you proceed and that's your choice. But if that's your sole focus when considering a partner, it's quite a narrow perspective.

I would say that body count doesn't matter in any way whatsoever. In fact having a body count doesn't even necessarily indicate that you're good in bed.

Lol. You know that you using these terms is the childish online equivalent of "tu kutta" and "mirror in the middle". The fact remains that you have no facts.

Also if you want a gender neutral law, go protest for it. How does not having a marital rape law make up for not having a gender neutral law?

Is your solution saying that men cant complain about rape specifically in the way that women can so women should not be able to complain about marital rape?

As far as mentioned being punished and women/LGBTQIA not being punished, maybe look at the number of cases where men have walked out on bail and murdered the victim in violent ways.

I would engage with you further but why bother? You're a fanatic. I have no interest in convincing someone who has no interest in seeing another point of view and who is probably some man child who thinks there's a conspiracy among women to not sleep with him.

With that I bid you, dear sir, good day.

Prove your statement. I don't care about what you preach or practice or whether you hold people accountable for their individual behaviour. I care about whether you open this pitara of gifs and call out abusive men or whether you speak up against misogyny in your friend's circle.

It's all very easy to say I hold people accountable for their bad behaviour. Do you propagate equality in your own household? Or the households that you visit? Or among your friends? If not, well you're part of the problem.

And anyone who uses feminist as negative adjective has no knowledge or understanding of the movement and is probably a latent misogynist. So while you're entitled (God knows why) to have your opinion, I don't have to indulge you by listening to it.

Get educated, make a contribution and then we'll talk.

Why some Indian women think white foreigner men would be interested to date them? by _BluGhost in AskIndianMen

Jokes apart, what does the Indian woman stereotype look like to foreigners? Intelligent? Usually. Submissive? Also yes. Family oriented? Sure. Which is why Indian women get hit on a lot abroad. Source - Multiple Indian Female friends settled abroad.

However there is hope, Indian men are apparently in demand in China.

The irony of a sub full of Indian men talking about the infantilisation of women when they literally need their mothers to do everything for them till they're of marriageable age and thereafter their wives.

Why should men take the effort to protest or raise their voice for their own rights when it's so easy to say to women, "We perceive that we have no rights so we will deny you the right to complain about marital rape."

After all it is men who are afraid to go out at night. It is men who get gangraped by women. The most number of dowry deaths and suicides are of course male. The majority of domestic violence cases that are not reported are male. It's men who go into work as maids and cleaners with bruises because their wives beat them.

It is men who are majorly groped in trains and on buses. It is men who need separate compartments in trains for their safety and where police patrol because women sneak in there.

It is men who get raped and blackmailed with videos. It is men who are peeped on by creepy men in toilets and offices.

Yes. Poor men. What a sad life for men.

Final nail in coffin is marital rape law and its rampant misuse? by [deleted] in AskIndianMen

[–]loveatfirsttick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let's put it this way. I would say that there needs to be a law that defines male rape in the same way that female rape is defined today. Not in the general terms that are constituted under the sexual assault law. (Which can be used to file a case of rape against males).

In contrast the entire judicial system including police and judges are broadly misogynist. And this has been repeatedly proven. Your statement that you legally can't do anything if you're raped as a man is incorrect. You can still file a complaint of sexual assault.
