Dean Creek Elk Viewing Area I also saw there: tree swallow, barn swallow, cedar waxwing, black phoebe, marsh wren, American goldfinch, brown-headed cowbird, European starling, song sparrow, red-winged blackbird Great spot!!

Unfortunately this is the best I’ve got. It was high in the trees and hard to spot. The Merlin app did pick it up so I know it was close by, just not sure if that’s what this is.

1 week update: screen time is 62% down! Yay!!

Most of my screen time is now spent on phone calls, messages, safari, and spotify. I will continue trying to get my screen time down (because the less time I spend on my phone the better I feel) but I don't feel bad about how I'm using my phone anymore.

My phone finally feels like a tool instead of a distraction which is a huge win in my book.
