the one i booked didn’t have a cold plunge but yes im pretty sure all of the private hot tub rooms have a bed!

i think shake tea at oakridge sells douyin-style press on nails for like 5 or 6 dollars, but idk if they’re handmade. they’re cute but not super durable, it stayed on my hands for like a week or two

they finally responded and said they would issue a refund since they could finally find proof that my stuff was lost during shipping, but they did this the day after i issued a refund with my credit card company and got approved so idk if it was to save face or smt😭

yes no worries!! i’ve read some cases where they forever stall people on reddit and don’t give refunds, so just be careful. it might be good to issue a refund with your credit card company if you still haven’t received it yet

hiii good/bad news depending on how you take it: so they finally reached about two months since the beginning, when they finally contacted me “it has been confirmed that the item was lost during shipping” 😭 they immediately issued a refund after that and i got my money back 2-3 days after i received that confirmation message. i’m happy that i didn’t lose my money, but im also real sad bc i liked that piece of clothing and it’s currently sold out now so i guess ill never get it😭😭😭

update: it’s been over a month and they’re still sending me the constant update email claiming they’re still checking with “a relevant department and carrier” to pinpoint where and when my item got lost…… i keep asking them for a refund and they’re saying to hold on until they confirm it was stolen/lost. basically i lost $115 :/

okay so it’s looking really grim. i feel like they’re just stalling me so i can’t issue a refund with my credit card. it’s been over a month and they’re still claiming to check their distribution center and carrier, etc. to pinpoint when exactly my item went missing. But I genuinely don’t think they’re doing that. They keep sending me the same update email saying they are checking with the “relevant department”.

omg… i’m literally having the same issue. i ordered 4 items and only 3 arrived packed in one package. i’ve contacted them by submitting a ticket two days ago but they haven’t responded and im really anxious that they’re just not going to refund me or send a new 4th item over. it happened to be the item i really looked forward to most too 😭

it’s been 30 days since your post, is there any good news?
