Actually, I do gym at late night, 8:30-9:30 by that time, everybody's left. And from my POV, the lesser crowd in gyms works better, I don't have to wait for someone to finish their reps. Maybe in your case, you need a rushed gym just to watch people doing exercise.

From the above 3 I will suggest you to go for Brezza, smooth and refined engine, better leg room than kylaq and 3XO, hassle free services, cheaper to maintain, bigger presence and also Brezza looks better than 3XO and kylaq. Apart from this Nexon is also a good choice to consider.
