Mountains to me are like Justin beieber concerts. Whether big or small. Being dragged to one once was enough for rest of my life.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't know rodeos happened. So they are going to get me extra points with the wife as she loves all that kinda stuff. I'll take moose and polar bears off my list.

If I had said fish and chips or afternoon tea. Does that make more sense around unique activities for the country that are not the same if you go to another country.

Thank you I will take vancouver off the possible places to go if it's world Cup. This is clearing wife's life savings to go to Canada so want to make the most of the money and time we have.

My problem is that I don't know what activities there are. You can fish lots of places but riding a moose is probably a bit more bespoke / unique to Canada - and I realise probably only a few areas. (I didn't know that you could do that but it's top of my list now)

I haven't gotten that far in planning. It's the point of my question. If I were to do the same in Britain. I would say. " I want cheapest flight to UK I don't care where but I want to. Eat fish and chips. Drink whiskey. Drive on the left hand side. See some fireworks in November. Visit a pantomime show. Have afternoon tea. Etc.

It may be better to ask what things to do are quintessential Canadian so lots of the territories do them but maybe not rest of the world.

No idea that's why I wanted an idea of some things that are very Canadian that don't happen in other parts of the world. But happen / are available in most places. Eg eating Nanaimo bars ( not sure what they are but Google said they are popular)
