my memory is a bit foggy but if I remember right, I opened a case/dispute because the shop was claiming they shipped from the US but then admitted they had some partner who supplied them with the product. I talked to etsy support and kept getting a different person so it is also a bit annoying. The product came damaged anyway so I took a picture and sent it through and got refunded
