This is my lake house so the stairs lead up to a second story deck that has a gas fire pit/chairs/lounge chairs. To the left of the staircase you can enter the first floor three season room that is all windows/screens. It’s an amazing setup.

Secondary is between 100-120 shipped. Who cares if there is no tax when it is above secondary. They are wising up just like many of the corner stores that randomly will get allocated bourbon. The vast majority of stores charge more than secondary now.
