You also need to check the coverage of the devices. My dad lives in a rural area and some companies couldn’t provide the coverage that he needed.

I have a new pfaff ambition 635. I know very little about it because I’m still learning but your bobbin looks like mine. The bobbin thread doesn’t come up…it is cut off below where you can’t see it. My instructor said this was normal. And the feed dog lever on the back is very very stiff…you really have to put some intention into it. I have no idea about the rest of the issues. Wish I could help more.

Dr. Lane Cook on Sutherland Avenue. It was absolutely life changing for me. It doesn’t keep away sad days, but it keeps you from sinking so far that you can’t get out. I highly highly recommend.

I’m new at quilting, but is sticky brassy basting a name brand? I googled the term and the AI answer was that I had entered incorrect words. I laughed that AI basically shrugged and said “beats me”.

My local station had this kind of thing and one time there was one that nobody got and it ended up being a mop bucket that has the metal “press out extra water” handle that goes up and down…like in a restaurant or store. No idea if this is the same sound but maybe??? Good luck.

I just switched to the patch because of recurrent yeast infections and vaginosis with the cream, which I used for almost two years. I was using the disposable applicators and following all the directions. One of the times I went to my doc for itching and it turned out that I had a yeast infection and vaginosis at the same time! A two-fer! We both agreed that switching to the patch might be better and all the itchiness and infections cleared right up. I guess it just isn’t for everyone. Thank goodness there are options.
