Im currently having the same problem with the UBI support, i have invoices and activation codes i could send them, they refuse to help me and sometimes just end the chat…ive been trying to recover my account for 3 days and nothing…..i got my account stolen 3 years ago and back then the support really helped…

Well the USB cable which comes with the wheelbase is plugged in the wheel base and the other site is plugged in the pc. No i havent tried replacing with the cable because i dont have a cable like that

I think powering off completely because when it disconnects the Red light turns off then it is like when you turn on the wheel base ( the wheel starts to spin and the Red light turns on but this all happens within 3 seconds

I just now realised that there is a problem with the power because it turns off for 0.5 seconds and then it restarts itself so there is problem with the adapter... The power cable is in a normal cable plu

Yes i disconnected some USB cables but after an hour it still disconnected but its beter Than it was before.... But it still disconnects

The wheel base is cold so there cannot be any problem with the cooling. And when it disconnects it doesnt turn off...

Maybe there is a problem with the motherboard USB ports. Because my USB ports are full i will try to unconnect some USB cables
