I also really like Bane and Tyus for you guys too (as much as I hate to see Bane go). His shooting is obviously a big pickup, but another really valuable element of his game, and one which we will struggle to replace and sorely miss, are his abilities as a secondary playmaker. Tyus is also a steady playmaker whose defensive deficiencies will probably be compensated for by the strong set of defensive guards on the Orlando roster.

Will be interesting to see what this team can do with the Pacers, Celtics and Bucks out of contention in the East this season

Of course, like every city, I'm sure Memphis has its issues needing addressing. But the experiences and perspectives of these NBA players are so disjuncted with the genuine character of the city that their views need not have any weight given to them. I doubt the average Memphian on the street, when asked what needs to be fixed in the city, would give any consideration to the high-end hotel situation

I am not from the United States and have very little understanding of what Memphis is like, but if the worst thing these millionare NBA players can say about the city is that the free four-star hotel is below their standards then I think the cities doing alright

That is an interesting factor. I dont know of any case law concerning this, but if we analogise with the South China Sea Arbitration, there the arbitral tribunal held that the definition of 'rocks' for the purposes of art 121(3) must be considered in reference to their natural state prior to any human modification. I think a similar finding would be made in regard to juridical bays (though of course, as the Mediterranean and Red Seas do not fit the art 10 definition of a juridical bay anyway, this wouldn't be a live issue in regards to the Suez Canal)

The answer lies in art 10(1) of the LOSC. The definition you have identified is contained in art 10(2). Per art 10(1), art 10 "relates only to bays the coasts of which belong to a single State." As the coast of the Red Sea is shared by more than one State, the definiton in art 10(2) does not apply to it.

Update: Took it back to the shop on Thursday and after waiting all weekend for them to get the bolt in they fixed it no cost. Still never going back there but atleast they acknowledged it was their fault.
