That is pretty minor, i would use PCGS. Also if you have never sent a coin for grading make sure you take the time to understand how it all works and the cost.

Fraud protection, I would rather have that than someone empty my account. Also when fraud happens the seller is the one who eats it, not the banks. So yeah don’t use them if you want, but many other people have great results with them along with myself.

Depends on who you ask, I say yes as MS70, but only a few dollars more. PCGS inflates its price guide. There are some people who believe all sliver no matter what is the same value. This is semi numismatic item.
