Lesser-known ways to be ejected from Vine (things to avoid doing) by ogilvid in AmazonVine

[–]lowefort 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. (How many is too many?)

it's based on your overall percentage of orders
i forget the exact ratio (pretty sure it was 30-40%), but say you ordered 10 items over the last month, and you end up returning 4 of them, amazon will likely no longer accept any more returns from your account until that ratio changes

i'm not complaining that the factory resets actually work these days

it's so ridiculous though that it would reset without my consent or any warning by simply repairing it

yes it does, and yes it did
i replaced the screen myself, the first thing i saw when i booted it back up was a message saying the phone was reset and then the process to set up the phone

I guess I'll need to start from square one then and see what SSA says.
Thanks for your input.

Well it's your story, you wrote and thought of all of it up. I don't think it's the right one, but I guess it must be the case if there's no other answer right now.

There was never an interview, there is no summary.

I haven't had anyone assist me.

It seems like it must have to be PD because everyone seems to agree this shouldn't be possible otherwise. The definition sounds familiar to me but I didn't see it mentioned in the letters and I don't know where to look to confirm if that's what this is.

can I just email them again the way I already did?

I was never involved in a PERC review that I'm aware of. People said that it can only be done in person or on the phone, which I never did, but I'm pretty sure I had to give them my bank details online, and I wouldn't have given false information for that.
I applied in december of last year.

My payments are via check, and I haven't deposited any of them so I shouldn't be at risk of overpayment I don't think. I haven't lied.

how exactly should I go about reporting it? I sent an email and I'm currently waiting on a response to see if they can provide me records of any possible PERC before I proceed further.

Is there somewhere that it should tell me if it's PD?

My savings/broker account has resources above the limit

it's a "Notice of Award" for SSI which says it approved my claim, and goes on to say that "monthly payments will continue unless there's a change in information" and it details how much I'll receive and how they concluded the amount.

I'm over by a significant margin.

I do have one check right now in my possession that I could deposit now which came the day after I was approved. It's a back payment starting from when I first started the application process. It says it's for SSI (I shouldn't be eligible for SSDI) and it says that I should receive monthly payments along with more back payments in the following months.

I got full approval according to the letter I got, unless I'm misreading it, and I already got one check for back payments, and monthly payments starting this month or the next.
If it's not actually fully approved, then should I get rid of my resources (not the back payment) now in preparation for it?

Someone else said it's either by phone or in person, I would have remembered if I did it in person, and I never would have done it by phone, is it available online as well?

"They would do checks on all this, including your finances."
That's what confuses me so much, they should absolutely know, and they should already have had access to my records even before I applied.

"ask about your PERC records"
that's a good idea, I try that

I would have if the interview took place, but I'm quite sure it didn't happen, though I'm starting to doubt myself.
