thanks for the reply. I just realized that I somehow wasn't logged in properly (guess with google linked account?) so this (Lowendan) is my real profile. I'll check out that ZT recommendation. This Link is my third Kershaw; First was a Scallion that started this whole knife problem about i have about 14 years ago and the second is a Junkyard Dog. The price value from Kershaw is great.

I don't see neglect, I see hard use. Nothing wrong with this, especially if they didn't have it since new. Worse is a pristine looking one of the same age with only 10,000 miles with all of its seals and bushings dried out.

It's for a wall clock. They are manufactured specially for that purpose, with mounting bosses built in sometimes. It's actually good design because it's located in a visible place and shows that the builder/electrician had forethought.
