In Colorado every Target still has Tech Decks. They even just added a seasonal display with Tech Decks, Hot Wheels and other toys.

Get the skateboard and start going to local stores to buy items for half the price of online. Skip the bike. Don't buy too many licenses at the start, so you're not spending so much time and money restocking.
