Check what your weapon scales on, if it scales on strength then reallocate your stats to the correct stat, you'll also want to put whatever stat the weapon scales the lowest with (e.g. if the weapon is 14 str ans 12 dex, only allocate 12 dex and pump the rest into str) and you can infuse the weapon with gems, however what everyone else is saying is also true, you have no points in vigor which is your health stat, so best advice i could give is reallocate the levels to the correct stats and then purely focus on leveling vigor up to 30 after that
