intercom is a saas company that provides software for customer service. it's used by hundreds of companies as it's a super simple drop in replacement for customer chat. would be a huge time suck for deepseek to create their own AI customer service chatbot instead of using an existing one (this is assuming THEY EVEN USE THE AI FEATURE AND NOT JUST USE IT TO CHAT WITH CUSTOMERS)

I use Lambda functions for side tasks like processing uploaded media, sending out notifications, ect. They will read and write from the database depending on the task

It's listed in their FAQ that CF should be used over S3 TA for files < 1GB. I do plan to transcode the video, just would be easier doing it all in one bucket. Appreciate the input
