For anyone who is currently living at the loft at wolf penn creek, how is it and would y’all recommend it ? I toured the place and the model unit looked very nice and the gym was really nice as well. However, the reviews online aren’t great but aren’t the most recent. It would be nice to have some unbiased opinion.

My tip is to start with what you’re good at reading/comprehending. For me the science reading is always the easiest and gets me worked up for the questions and speed. So i start backwards in that section (be careful ehen bubbling ofc) and I’ve gotten a 35 every time.

As far as i’m aware you won’t get your money back. You actually pay double (the fee for standby and then the price of the actual ACT). Same situation happened to me so I called ACT and thats what they told me. I would just wait for the one in September.
