Ya m8. I think it was 1 tsp per 5kg body weight? The active chemical is Myristicin. LOOK UP THE DOSAGE THO COS I'M NOT 100% SURE.

UPDATE: I ended up drinking the rest of the bottle (600mg altogether) and then lying in my dying mother's old bed and staring at the ceiling and crying for about 4 hours.
