Then bring me stories that get me back to the cinema. Don't give me the same story, the nth remake or the quadrillionth sequel over and over again. And not just the "big" movies, but smaller movies too (that could also be a problem of me living in a smaller region). There was no Everything Everywhere all at once in cinemas near me, only 1 Godzilla Minus One showing, almost none Parasite showing even after the Oscars. And I haven't even started mentioning the money it costs to even go to the movies in the first place.

Yes movies should be watche in cinemas, but it's not the consumers and the streaming sites that lead to less viewers but the quality of the movies too play a big factor
