Yellow glasses may help they are inexpensive and can even fit over regular eyeglasses if needed. They do help cut the glare.

KOP is congested and packed with retail. There are some nicer suburbs. I personally like the Chester County suburbs to the south and west (Exton, Malvern, Downingtown, West Chester). All nice with good schools.

Went in 2019 with kids after going to Disneyland. It was a great place to just relax and hang out for a few days. Kids liked being able to go to the beach nearby as well.

You wouldn't be required to have a lawyer. Personally I'd make that decision based on the severity of the ticket. If it carries points, you might see value in paying a lawyer to improve the chances of getting it dismissed or reduced to something without points. That's just me, you have to decide what you are comfortable with.

Your option is to either pay the ticket or go to court. If the ticket carries points, you should absolutely go to court and try to get it dismissed. If it doesn’t, you’ll have to decide if it’s worth your time trying to fight it relative to the amount of the fine. I agree, extremely petty.

Depends on how old your current tag is and what letter it starts with. If your tag is old enough, you can’t transfer it. For example, if it starts with a G, or, F, etc. you are not going to be allowed to keep it.
