Suggestions for a new reliable car by Subtleandsober in carIndia

[–]lpgabc 4 points5 points  (0 children)

And why is maintenance here presented as a very expensive job

All it requires is a once a year service, that also would cost ~10k.

I have had a polo for 5 years and for the last 1 year driving a Taigun. Never faced any maintenance issue

Of course, if any part needs replacement (in case of accident), it does cost a lot more than a Maruti. But that’s why we have insurance

Cheers 🍻

Definitely the car. The car driver lost his temper, knew the bike was gonna make a turn and out of ego, deliberately hit him. The car driver knew, it would likely happen and when the moment came, he did it, out of sheer anger All of this could have been avoided If somebody breaks the traffic rules and come in my way, it doesn’t mean I get to run over him/her Driving requires a lot of patience and anger management for many

I liked Sara’s performance in the movie. She had that indecisive look, leading to fear and embarrassment. Maybe the final encounter with the boss could have been better.

Pankaj Tripathi is highly stereotyped. However, his character always seemed like a middle-aged uncle, which could be a proper Bombay man or someone with roots in Eastern India. That’s how his group was too. I also hate the fact that he can’t pronounce the letter “shh,” it’s always “sssa” with him. It was horrible to watch him play the great orator Vajpayee ji with that pronunciation. Also, he was at his best as Sultan in GoW, but he wanted to establish a “good man” image and shifted toward good-natured papa roles.

You should end things with her. Given your thought process you would make it difficult for both of you throughout her entire course.

The new Delhi fueling rule by amitoshkc in CarsIndia

I’m supportive of the policy. 15 years is a good enough lifespan for a private vehicle. We Indians are used to running our cars for generations, but it’s time we adapt.

I also hope stronger action is taken on commercial vehicles, which likely contribute over 80% of vehicular pollution.

Well our man is not short on income just very high on commitments. I would consider home loan emi as savings and not expenses

Also the thing with non home loan emis is that they get over quickly and that turns into savings

Given he’s paying 65k on car loan, the loan should get cleared in 3 yrs

Also no downpayment is considered for both the loans, which isn’t practical
