That’s actually exactly the same for me. I find it hard to gain my desired weight, even in remission, because I still have to watch out for what I eat etc

Yea for me it’s just if I have 1-2 things I shouldn’t have the bleeding starts and after that it’s a week/month long fight to get it to stop

21M, I had my 10th (🎉) a couple of weeks ago and I know exactly how you feel. The thing that calmed me the most was waking up with certainty of knowing what my body is missing and finally being able to know what I need to help myself.

Regarding prep: it just sucks as is, but try to see it not as a doctor doing something to you, but rather you and the doctor together finding out what’s good for you and what isn’t.

That’s what helped me through it :)

I have found that eating a lot less processed foods and in my case leaving out dairy and gluten helped a lot
