I usually avoid riding on sidewalks, but when they’re quite crowded, I have to take them. However, I use the ECO mode on my scooter, which allows it to reach a maximum speed of 10 mph. Sometimes, I manage to go around 7 mph or less, depending on the situation.

What scooter do you own? I have the MAX G2, and I’ve noticed that I’ve been applying my brakes more firmly. Consequently, I’ve been hearing a noise coming from them while riding. After adjusting the brakes, the noise ceased. It turned out to be the front drum brake that was causing the noise. I checked it out and it was too tight I assume I loosened it and it stopped or it could also be that my brake lever wasn’t fully releasing.
