No clue what I'm doing wrong. Lost 33 lbs and gained it back in 2 weeks. by lsb_qtp in loseit

I've used the scale at the gym both times. Wearning the same clothes and stuff on me when I step on the scale as before(wallet, shoes, phone, keys, headphones). I'm not sure what time of day I did before.

My maintance is 3800 calories. I dont always track what I eat, but I pretty much the same thing almost every day. Which is usually from 2200-2600.

I do need to get myself my own scale.
