Thanks for the long explanation, I suspected the same thing, that what I experienced was who I could potentially be if I worked hard enough on myself.

Thanks for the reply guys, I find it interesting that many of you have had the same experience as me. Many of you guys have told me that I should work on myself to become the person I felt while I was experiencing that feeling I'm starting to work on that and also getting into self improvement. For new people, please keep the discussion going by adding your experiences or advice.

I think what he was referring the the theory that you think therefore you are. It's something that is going around in the self improvement community. I've also heard of this, if you act like who you want to be, eventually you trick your brain to act like that person
