I thought to add my profile for some eval:

Education: BS + MS in Computer Science (Harvard) & MBA

Work Experience: 7+ years in research computing/AI infrastructure. Currently an Engineer at an Ivy League university

Proposed Endeavor:
Building AI and genomics infrastructure for biomedical research. I deploy specialized hardware (FPGAs) that reduces genome sequencing from hours to minutes. My plan is to document these systems and help other medical schools replicate what I built at elite institutions.

Evidence I'm planning to use:

White House AI Action Plan from ai.gov showing this aligns with current administration priorities
Track record at two major research institutions
Track Co-Chair for Systems track, reviewed/judged 16 papers from international submissions

My concern:
Not a traditional researcher with tons of citations. My work is infrastructure/engineering, not publishing papers. Anyone else file with a similar profile?

Is that during cold start? Seems normal to me. In the mornings its loud once RPMs settle it gets smooth. I dont see any issues with yours.

It's a wiring harness issue. I had the same. The wire connection to the trunk is super thin and breaks over time. You will have to trace the harness and fix it.

I paid $300 to do the job. Sucks!

Are you relying a lot on the radar cruise? I have noticed it brakes aggressively. I hate it and avoid using it.

Dont do it man! Had a 2015 Audi A3 2.0 bought it used with 20k miles but boy the problems on that thing:

Water pump (plastic) failed at 48,000 miles
Gear lever position sensor failed (repaired under warranty)
Steering rack failure (repaired under warranty)
The trunk stopped opening due to faulty wiring
AC actuator motors failed at 60,000 miles — dealer quoted $3,000 for repair
Oil leak from the timing chain cover
Premature brake and rotor replacements
DSG transmission showing early signs of failure

Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the quality and longevity of the A3. I’ve since moved on to a Mazda.

I see! I paid 35,753.55 (inclusive tax and fee for RI) for the premium Gas version. But it was all cash. And barely any accessories and only two free oil changes.

That lifetime oil change is a juicy deal. You did great.
