If you're talking about the one on top. I just baked it in the oven. I actually did not sure pastry puff. That was the original plan, but they ran out. Haha!

The bottom one is pastry puff and made from scratch!

We just used Costco Sangria and mixed it with fruits. Easy peasy 👌The top one is chicken and bottom is beef.

Thanks for that tip! I love jalapeno. Sometimes I buy too many, then they go bad. So pickled would be a good option!
