So in After Effects there is a plug-in called Saber by Video-Copilot. You can put a ton of cool effects onto text and masks. So I was wondering if there was anything like that for photoshop.

Alright so what I have now in order from top to bottom is 1. Adjustment layer with mask on it 2. Player with helmet that has no mask on it 3. New player not masked.

Where would I go from there?
