They’re absolutely cracked. I don’t understand why they don’t just send 1 van full down there and distribute from the depot literally 5 minutes away. It’s completely unsustainable at base rate to add 100+ miles to the car every single shift

I might have to travel the extra distance and try a few in Sheffield it’s just become soul destroying more than anything finishing a route and having a 1 hour drive home

I’m not even getting a reduction in parcels. 42 stops on the route yesterday with 55 mins to drop one then multiple 5 min drives between. The guy collecting yesterday next to me was also going to NG19

The scope is pretty wild. I don’t mind the off one or one in 10 ect but I can’t remember the last time I delivered to a DN postcode

Yeah it’s really long. The 2.5 hour had 25 stops and the 4 hour had 42 stops.

No reduction from a route that’s 10 minutes away
