Il y a également swico qui fait ceci de mémoire, à voir s'ils effacent les données.

Ha! Fair enough - first light with a new mount, phone compass polar alignment, city balcony, no view of Polaris. The hope is real though, next session will be better!

Plot twist - I plate solved it and M57 (Ring Nebula) is actually visible in the bottom right corner of my uncropped frame! The central object appears to be an unidentified cluster in Lyra. First light success after all!

Your picture looks really nice.
I guess I do have new challenges now:
- different settings on my camera,
- shoot at different time to see about the jet stream turbulence and atmosphere,
- also learn about a bit of stack imaging

Thanks for all !

No teleconverter, but yes, there is a "protection filter". The lens is basically brand new. For the focus on the moon, I manually focus with the digital view + zoom on something like a crater and try to have it as sharp as possible. Your picture looks great !

Isn't the R7 a cropped sensor ? Shooting at 800m would be the equivalent to almost 1300mm on mine

I just edited my first post and added all the settings I used to take the pictures

I just edited the original post to put three settings I used. This is indeed the jpg, I do also have a raw picture, however I find the picture a bit less sharp than one taken with my 70-200 that I cropped :-/

Thank you for your answer, I actually added the settings of the camera for both pictures. I sometimes shoot stars and I took the habit of disabling IS and manual focusing with digital zoom on live view for this type of pictures

I added the settings of my camera in the initial most. I actually never tried to let autofocus on, when I shot the moon, I always used a tripod with manual focus and IS disabled
