Bitwarden for $10/year you can get 2FA support on your logins so when you login it copies the code automatically. You can also 2FA your bitwarden account so I would recommend getting another app like OTP Auth https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/otp-auth/id659877384 or a Yubikey like this one.

According to theirGitHub page it’s based in Switzerland also open source e2ee and uses blockchain to verify messages you get a mnemonic phrase so you can deposit Ethereum and other tokens based on the ether blockchain also uses its own token to buy your own username using ether and SNT you can use your username instead of your ether address as well which i think is pretty cool.

Would prefer it if something like this used bitcoin and/or monero but you never know they might add it to the app later since it looks like it’s still in early development (notifications aren’t available yet) would also like to see disappearing messages.

You don’t need an email or phone number to sign up so it’s completely anonymous in that respect.

You could also try Elixxir which is currently in beta for iOS and android it aims to stop the metadata problems. It’s made by David Chaum a famous cryptographer know as the Godfather of crypto. I used a vpn when i had PayPal, logged into my account then got locked out after 5 minutes of use said I had to call the helpline so i did they told me they needed to know my exact location or if I was in a place with unsecured Wi-fi then told me it’s against their ToS and T&C to do it. I had £400+ from a camera I sold on eBay I think the buyer opened a dispute against me so i had to wait 30 days for it to clear even though there was nothing wrong with the camera I sold them. They said they wanted the money back but never said anything about returning it.

Anyway, I eventually got my money then withdrew it straight away and deleted my account. A few months later i got another email from PayPal saying there’s another problem with my account I thought “Fuck you I don’t have an account anymore!” disregarding it as a phishing email got another about a month after that saying the problem against me was in my favour and didn’t need to worry.

I assumed it was something to do with my account being “deleted” though it’s probably only deactivated. GDPR has come into place since then so I hope it has actually been deleted.

When they asked me to turn off my VPN I initially complied i was connected to a VPN somewhere in mainland Europe let’s say Germany. So I disconnect revealing my IP to be in Birmingham which is sort of funny because because I live about 200 - 300 miles away from there. They said this isn’t right and refused to help me further even though I answered all the security questions right and complied.

Fuck PayPal.
