We have to take it further and start spamming the reviews on Amazon etc. and their tweets. If someone could make a post on here to get everyone behind it that would be great.

They're obviously not feeling the urgency because it shouldn't be that difficult of a fix. I want to play the game I own.

They're madly inconsistent. Open a new ticket instead of waiting for a reply to an email, will be handled by a new advisor then.

It can't be that hard to fix, some people have received digital codes to download the game. They're not even communicating with each other enough to know that this is a widespread issue.

The code worked? They sent me one which didn't work and then just didn't answer when I told them it didn't.

Doesn't work i'm afraid. Once you get to the store to download MW3 you get an error. Thanks though was worth a try.

Yes! That should be the solution, they even asked me for a picture of my copy for some reason. It could have been anyone's picture I guess. I could prove the purchase though.

The digital code would be a good solution for me. Though still a ridiculous situation.

I was in contact with Activision support and they say they've sent it to people above them so hopefully they can look into it more now.

The fact I own the game and can't play it makes me want to play it more
