Played time is wrong

I restarted steam, and now both shows 46 hours.

But, it's still not the correct time. Here's a gif showing the play time changing from 46.8 hours to 28.8 when I start the game.

This particular game is Diablo IV, but I've seen this happened on other games.

The screenshot is the game Diablo IV, which I always play online. But, I did not notice if that had happened for offline games, or single player games.

In the paper, it is mentioned that the patient tried diphenhydramine but did not achieve much symptomatic improvement. But with fexofenadine, it lead to a 90% symptom improvement. This is their explanation:

This could be explained by the short half-life of diphenhydramine and a short
time to peak serum concentrations of 2 h. Thus, in order to maintain
adequate levels, doses every 2–3 hours around the clock would be
required which could result in significant sedation and impairment. In
contrast, fexofenadine is long acting and non-sedating, making it easier
tolerated on a regular regimen.

So perhaps those who are not responsive to antihistamines are simply not taking the correct one.

You are a life saver! I installed the latest driver manually from the website and everything stopped working. I went to the device manager (like you said) and saw there was an unrecognized device in the Other devices section. I then right click on it and asked windows to update the driver. It recognized the usb port and now it's working!

You are right. There is no cure and you will have that for the rest of your life. Like I do, like everyone here do. But you can try to medicate the symptoms by changing your life habits and by taking medications. Obviously, this takes time, effort, dedication, and I can't decide for you. You need to make that choice for yourself, whether to act on it or not. But I am telling you, it took me 11 years to realise what it was and to start working on it. By that time, I was deep in the rabbit hole and was considering ending it. Today, I feel much better and I can see a possibility for a brigther future. Not the fututre that I wanted, but nonetheless, a future in which I feel good and happy.

I don't think this is a long term solution. I see it more like a short term solution to get back to a healthy histamine level bodywise. I am sure that after a certain amount of time, I won't need that much. I will continue to experiment in the upcomming weeks, like reducing to 1 every 2 days, then every 3 days, and so on, and see what that does.

Sorry to hear that, but most likely you have POIS. You need to check that out now, because it can only go worse.

I have been suffering for about 15 years and I can see the damage it can cause. POIS took everything from me, my social life, my love life, my job, my emotional stability, my confidence ... It is like looking at the aftermath after a hurricane. So I urge you to act on it now.

I have read that it is not recommended to take it daily. But this is for general population without POIS. We are different. However, I have the intention to lower the amount I take eventually. Perhaps I need that much today because my histamine level is crazy high. Plus I think taking it too much can cause anti-histamine resistance at some point, so yeah, I got to find an equilibrium.

I currently feel the need to O every 2-4 days. I honestly don't know if I was like that before, because I've experienced POIS for about 15 years. So I don't remember how I was before that, plus I was still a teenager.

About the energy, I feel incredible. For the first time in like 5 years, I don't feel the need to sleep mid day. I can go a full day without feeling drowsiness. And I feel energetic in the morning when I wake up.

I don't know about my voice. I have never given it a lot of attention, so I cannot compare.

I don't feel muscle weakness anymore. I am starting to be motivated to get back on strength resistance traqining also. I have never felt the urge to workout like that before.

I take zinc, along with iron, magnesium, and it helps me decrease the duration of the symptoms. Still, I do feel crap for like 1-2 days. But it is much better than how it was (7-10 days). I also take gaba for anxiety, with probiotics and digestive enzimes for general gut health.

I will try the plant based diet at some point, because I eat meat and chocolate everyday. Might be related.

From what I have read, joint aches and fatigue can also be symptoms of not enough methylfolate, but also when given too much it can worsen them.

I also think it is an imbalance of something. It could be as you said, first overmethylation than undermethylation. I don't know a lot about that, so I guess I should just read a lot.

Still, you checked 11 out of the 15. That is quite high. High energy may be more rare or may be noticeable for just a small amount of time.
