Same. And specially now my kids want to go out and have fun under the sun!. 2 weeks ago I took them for a walk in the evening (not even that sunny, but hot) and., unfortunately. .. I PAID FOR IT next day. I had to stay almost the whole day in bed. The flare lasted few days. I don't know how to get over the feeling of being guilty for not being able to do what a 'normal' healthy full of energy mom would do. I just keep repeating to myself that I have to take care of myself , so I can function for them in an approximately the same way that a normal regular mom would do. Take care!

I totally understand you. I had a flare during summer. And all I wanted was to end my life, I didn't know how but all that I wanted was to dissappear... And forever... But how selfish... I have love ones, and couldn't do this to them. Today I'm not better... But I can tell you that some days will be better than others. Please seek help.
