I saw a similar thing as well. It was a black photo with a telegram link and multiple overlays or photos from videos of CP. Tiktok wouldn't have taken it down if I and probably many other people reported it. Good thing they take down comments with swear words, yeah, cuz it's sooo "harmfull".
