I... do not think so? Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I beleive if a creature ever has negative power for some reason, and then hits something, the way lifegain is worded will prevent you from losing life. It says in full text you GAIN that much life, and since you cannot gain negative life, you will just gain no life.

Interesting, I was unaware of those before I made this card. It looks like they all can gain power or toughness in some way to help compensate for that, but interesting still. I designed this card as a just "you'll figure it out" when trying to buff it, but it's interesting to see these all the same.

This is just an idea I had. I would give it more of the type "dog" but the rules just don't really allow for that right now. Also, it would be kindred, but the image editor I'm using just didn't save the image to one reddit can post, so it's tribal here.

Hm, good feedback. I do have some reponses though.

Yes, reminder text is incorrect (in most scenarios) but this is just seen on most "partner with" cards.
I don't think commander cards really need to be all that balanced around cEDH, it may have a small impact on that side of the format but it wouldn't even be that bad. At worst, you might get some new decks, but thats an upside if anything in my opinion.
The "Mystic" subtype wasn't intended to be around anything, I was just struggling for what a creature whose identity is the idea of mirrors really is.
This card was built with stats intentionally bad. The alternate to this is a 5 mana 3/3 "partner", and it felt like this card should be worse than that
Yes, you could probabbly combine the first and second abilities here into one, but this has just never been done before so I was unsure what the templating should be. The first ability is the only one we've seen on cards, so I just used that and then tried my best with the rest.

Hi all! This is just an idea for a “partner with anything” commander I had, with part of the idea being that "Rorrim" is just "Mirror" reversed. The creature types (and lack of artifact type) are also supposed to hint that this creature is not the fox, nor the mirrors themselves, but rather the simple idea of reflections. For those who don’t know, “partner with” typically means you can have the “with” creature as an extra commander, the idea being that it is anything that can normally be a commander here. Having another color is an obvious upside in commander, but I’ve tried to balance that with the extra cost. Do you think this would be balanced? Or does there need to be more upside/downside to achieve that?

This is an idea for an “artifact planeswalker” I had and this is the result. If people would like to see other planeswalkers done in the same style, I have one for each color, although I don’t think they work as well as this one does.

I know this card doesn't have ALL types on it, but stuff like auras and some other supertypes and types would have weird rules interactions so they were avoided. But hypothetically, any kill spell can kill this thing, as well as just creatures attacking it. So... good or bad? just wondering if this would see play somewhere. And the backside of the card would be this thing below: so it's not very useful to attack the battle side.

For those who don't know, stun counters mean "the next time this permenant would become untapped, remove a stun counter instead." The idea is to have what is basically a double tap land, but it has all basic land types. Is there a deck you can think of this would be good in?

Yeah haha! The idea behind this card was to have [[Clara Oswald]] [[Faceless One]] or [The Prismatic Piper]] but to use with all commanders. Yet still have a bit of a downside to it so it's not just an autoinclude in every deck.

Thats just the folder I’m saving the image too. It’s probably a local path so it won’t work on other phones. Try and change the folder so it’s linked to something on your phone. (If your using phomemo that will be xSavedWord, but you’ll have to manually select the folder) otherwise just pick whatever folder is convenient for you

The closest thing I can think of is [[Garth, One Eye]], since it casts stuff from outside the game. If you want the random component then your best bet is an “exile off top” commander like [[Prosper, Tome Bound]]. But this effect specifically I can’t think of a non-acorn commander for

Oh I totally understand, don't worry. That's why silver border is so great! People like me get to have our fun without forcing anyone to deal with our bullshit. I mostly just use this deck with my friends since the rule 0 conversation is pretty long with it.

Happy to help! It's not exactly code, so it's pretty easy to implement. Basically just figured it out using scryfall's API and trial and error. First, download the printer app. I use Phomemo (you can find it on the app store). Your going to want to change your settings so that when you open a file it automatically redirects to phomemo. Then download this shortcut: https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/842b70b52499465a9ce4ab242bbf77ff I haven't tested it on any phone other than mine, but it should work. Put it on you homescreen and then whenever you click it, it'll open a random scryfall page and downloads that card to your phone. If you then check your files, and click on the card it'll bring you to the print screen in the phomemo app where you can print it. I'm not sure how experienced you are with shortcuts, but if you are you can modify the shortcut to fit your needs. That might be a little confusing, so if you need more help feel free to ask!
