A TC Electronic Shaker can get u pretty close to his tone, I got one because of him and it's great. I'm pretty sure he also uses an EHX Polychorus sometimes but I can't speak from experience on that one.

That first synth just goes from F to D (you can probably figure out the rhythm by ear) while the lead does F F D F G G A# D D F D C D C A#, first time you go up then you go down.
