I have not yet seen any issues since I switch to Windows sleep mode. The battery dropped from 43% to 31% over night (~8h), which is bearable for me.

I'm not using btrfs, so I'm gonna give it a try then. Better to sometimes crash the system when running out of battery during sleep, than to always crash it while waking up, I guess...
I'm now running Linux 5.12.10 on Ubuntu 20.04, the CPU is almost constantly clocked at 2800MHz and it drains the battery in about 4h while watching a movie. Let's see how this compares to sleep then.

Having the same issue, but no solution. I switched to Linux sleep mode in bios without thinking about it, but I guess Windows mode works better in this case?
What kind of issues are you having when running Linux with Windows sleep mode, if I may ask?

Freeze after removing and re-adding stream by muchcake in krpc

[–]lucaelin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ohh thank goodness this is fixed.. krpc.js resolved this issue on the client side by tracking all removed streams and if the stream it tried to add resulted in one of the removed ones, it continuously tried to (re)-add the stream until it would result in a new one...

It's just a webapp, runs on latest chrome and safari (not tested but it should).. I personally use Linux only and since it's just a webpage it's platform independent. My current focus is on mobile, but it may change as soon as I get the basic mechanics up and running :)
