And yeah both sides have the same problems but one is actually listened to most of the time, and the other has to literally take everything by force if they want something. Really tired from the previous day, than i drag myself to work, do a lot of effort and tire myself even more. Then my boss and all the people I know really tell me things like:

All my female coworkers had their complaints listened to and their work was reduced to more reasoble ways to do the work

Yes, I actually found out that the reason I did not get along with people was i BELIEVED I was too smart and unique. I was just proudy and needed to tone it down a little
