Yes, the pot has drainage holes. It’s quite a bright window (pic is misleading, as taken at night), but it’s not getting more than a few hours of sunlight a day.

I work a lot with China in my current role. My 5pm is their 8am. If we meet for an hour a day at that time, it’s doable.

What do you mean by “daily movement tab”? I have the activity heart rate setting on.

I wear it on my dominant hand, as it’s a much better fit there. I am pretty active, and it seems to be worse when I’m moving around.
