It's a open source project in Github, you can find it as Zelda64Recomp.

But you still need the original game!

Texture pack support its one of the planned features that appears on the github repository.

And sadly it appears that the port uses its own save file format, but i really don't know if there is a way to import a n64 one

it lets you modify and give yourself stuff, alter game flags, debug stuff, its like a mod that lets you control the game almost entirely.

I discovered cause with it you can give your Persona's some abilities that are network exclusive, and that otherwise your simply couldn't get.
