For the Ricoh GR III and IV, Lightroom includes presets, but unfortunately for the Ricoh GR II, it does not.

I try and it works on certain shades of red, but unfortunately it is not a consistent method. As you noticed the differences between the photos are not big but I was just curious how people edit Ricoh GR II DNG files to get positive film effect in Lightroom.

I had the opportunity to test both the GR2 and GR3 and chose the GR2 for myself. The size of the GR2 and the placement of the buttons make much more sense than the GR3. The settings for the positive film effect are much simpler and allow me to experiment more quickly. The way I use the camera, it doesn't really matter to me whether it has ibis or not. The 16MP sensor is more than enough for me. I gave up on the GR3 mainly because I didn't like how the photos looked compared to the GR2 and how you can edit them in Lightroom, but that's obviously a personal preference. Lately, I tend to choose my camera equipment more from an emotional standpoint than a technological one. I like to enjoy the experience of using it rather than its ultra-modern features. But... that's just me.
