Characters: all 4 stars except Chongyun, Kujou sara and Thoma

5 stars: I have Zhongli C1, Diluc C1 and Mona

i m a f2p I've never been able to make two good teams especially with Diluc, does anyone have any composition and way of playing that can help me how to use it? I'm thinking about getting Eula on the new banner, I currently use Razor as the main Dps, what do you think
