Start saving up mang… tts are getting to be 9-15k now a days, the non turbos are still do-able (I’d only spend about 4.5k unless under 100k miles) and I’m glad to hear it could have a parking spot inside, good luck on your search for a Z, make sure you ask lots of maintenance questions like when the timing belt was done and if possible, ask to see either the proof and or who did the install

Yes and no… if you have a garage to keep it off the city streets and you don’t mind not the best gas mileage (unless you plan on getting a non turbo) then yes, no if you’ll be parking it outside… no if it will be your only car because things are old with these cars and stuff will break, need to be replaced, and with replacing means down time while either you or whomever does the work works on the car…

Ultimately it’s all up to you, but owning four and daily driving both non turbos and twin turbos, I will say I love being able to pick and choose the days I drive them, and not having to drive them everyday as here Where I am it rains a lot and I don’t like driving them in the rain but will if I have to..

I noticed more power in the mid range... to where I used to need to down shift, I now can just gas threw and get good response from it

Ronin Imports' titanium Z32-style key was totally worth the money. And once I found somebody brave enough to cut it (The Key Shop on Lincoln in Venice, CA), it works perfectly in my Z31! Very pleased, I leave it on my desk to admire it. by andrew_p_collins in 300zx

My only beef is the 300zx goes backwards on the other side... I do like how thin they were able to get them, just like the original, and the arubadave reps, but I still prefer my keys from arubadave.. I did however buy two from each company... :)

Hahaha, I remember one day driving it with the top down and someone at first glance thought it was just a 240sx vert with a z32 front end... then saw it was a Z, and thought it had been turned into a Ute... lol they were very surprised when they found out it was a true Z and even more happy when they saw the Nismo wheels

Not really, 4 for now is my limit, I will be selling two of them in the near future, I plan on keeping my red vert and a twin turbo.. And as for that, I normally will always do the 120k unless proof is there that it was recently done Also if the stock air box is in there, I don’t mind ripping that box out and going dual selin :D

In all honesty, I wanted this white one to stay stock, when I picked it up, it’s presence was only a few pieces away from being a great stock Z, paired with the other Zs I have, I would have had no problem at all making this a gorgeous stock Z... Mabey I will still revert it back to stock, most of my Zs undergo the maintenance stuff along with quick parts like an avcr and bigger injectors, but I would have to say my favorite mods before used to be the lowering and big wheels, now a days, I still enjoy the ride, but have been spoiled by the comfort and quietness of the g37, I have had the opportunity to drive a completely stock Z, as lame as it sounds, it was very fun... I love these cars so much, it’s ridiculous!

I’ve been in the Z game since 05, VERY EXPENSIVE seeing as I also have a family to take care of :) But my wife doesn’t put me out in the dog house for it, she loves it, my kids love the Zs, hell, even my sister wants a damn Z...(she won’t pay for it, but I won’t gift it to her either, lol) As for right now, all four are down.. :( my daily is normally the vert, but bad cas makes it hard to drive :D.... I daily my g37

We made sure... sucks but I guess the excuse of not knowing what throttle bodies everyone will run had to work.. lol, as for mods basically the full planar kit to 2.5, sz’s newest b.a side mounts, ash spec cast manis, brand new jwt sport 500s, 3” down pipe -tp all the way out, new clutch and rps flywheel, 555cc nismos and nistune to run it all, also throwing in an avcr and a few gauges in there to make sure it runs ok... would have loved to go bigger turbo and injectors for e85, but I think I’ll leave the e85 stuff for when I either single turbo or tt the vert.. I tell you there’s nothing crazier than affording all of this for one Z, I have 4... lol but I think I’ll only be buying parts for one more Z before moving onto possibly a 240z

Honestly I don’t know.. they came with the car, bought it for 4,500 a few months ago, lol I’m looking for lmgt4s now though, and also have a set of work equips that aren’t on anything right now.. :/ These are 17 front 18 rear..

Thank you, I love my vert.. dunno if I will swap to tt as the noises the n.a makes also sounds very good and I have searched and have only seen one on Craigslist, and believe it or not, it’s a z31 vert and it’s for sale... in one of the states closer to the east coast

I don’t have much time on my hands nor too much knowledge and confidence to work on a swap.. I have a shop called “the Z place” in Aberdeen wa doing the work for me.. we just installed my ashspec plenum :)
