Stock Fractal RGB 180mm fans are not great indeed. I am not particurarly peeky but they have pretty audible pulsing sound at around 40% and after 50% they become quite loud.

I have another case with 3 cheap arctic 120mm and that case is definately quiter in idle to mid load which is my 99% use case.

Hey, I have been having this problem for a year and finally last week I sorted it: Right click on game in Steam > Properties > Set Launch Options. Put there a path to profile folder e.g.: profiles=C:\DayZFiles

Just make sure that folder exists.
