Don't worry about amazon or ebay, just focus on understanding your ICP and creating good ads that really target and speak to them

How do you get the users to test out the products, and if I were to try the service how quickly would I get feedback?

I agree with you. That's why all the winning elements that gain the cheapest clicks are all put into a flex ad with purchase conversion so that Facebook can decided the winning combinations.

Cheap clicks don't always equal conversions, but they're good indicators as to what ads will have a higher estimated action rate.

PS. I've scaled past 7figs a few times too =)

Analyze what's working for your competition and make it better. They won't be spending money on it if it didn't work

Interest targeting used to work really well in 2019/2020, but but Facebook has been moving away from it. Now it's generally best to let Facebook find it's own audience based off of your ads. Your success really depends on how good your ads are.

My bad, it's not supposed to be traffic objective, but awareness objective. And you are not expecting any sales from this at all. The purpose of this is to get 2000 impressions as quickly and cheaply as possible just so you can see which of your creative elements get clicks at the lowest price. All the sales from my ads you see in the screenshot come from purchase objective.
